hi, sorry to hear about your struggles. I’ve been on omeprazole for many years to treat acid reflux. If you’re on any anti inflammatory drugs, these can cause stomach acid and that’s probably why you have been given them.

For pain I use magnesium oil spray from Holland and Barrett I find it helps a lot. I’ve recommended it to lots of others who find it helpful. I’m unable to take strong painkillers due to my sensitivity. So the spray and paracetamol helps. I take paracetamol with caffeine first thing and this helps with lethargy. Hope you find this helpful.
