Meds review on duotone
Amberrose67, first YOU ARE NOT ALONE. When you go thru this put names to it like....Jackie also is going crazy with this and just wants to stand straight enjoy life with less pain. etc I count every bend as exercise and seriously...i get those freeze packs from coolers and i shove one on one part of bod and another(sometimes tucking in the brithches but us a cover)....and then i have heating pad also at same time...sometimes i put heating blanket on legs only...work with thing that may work and chart it. when it comes to meds...your doc may suggest spacing things or physical therapy to do at home.i watch alot of youtube butVERY careful. when a normal(?) person can bend slowly 25 times i start with 2! acknowledge everything you do as POSITIVE. keep a journal for your meds? and at first it seems overwhelming but you will see a routine along with food water etc rate your pain time etc...there will come a balnace. any meds, can mess with your system even asprin. you pay a doc so dont be afraid to call and ask questions but i always say...is this a good time for a chat or call me back to the nurse.best of wishes and will keep you in my list of prayers.if you chat me i will send an email add and glad to help that way.Sometimes its just good to relate.
Hello , sorry to read of your pain, if you have just been prescribed duloxtene give it time too kick in ,if you don’t feel there is an improvement differently keep working with your doctor with meds (we call it trial and error) I take one 60mg at nite before bed and one in the morning. , I don’t know why but I differently feel more out of sorts when the weather gets cold/damp xx
Hi I take duloxtine 60 mg in the morning. I have tramdol for severe pain and naproxen when parts of the body swell up from the flare ups. The duloxtine has stopped my pin pricking all over the body so it has helped there. Hope this helps . 🙏
