vitamin supplements and feeling heavy and head feeling like my hair is being pulled x

hi I hope every one of you is doing well x I am taking vitamin b complex and vitamin d do these help with fibromyalgia or fatigue etc although I think it may take some time . I still have fatigue but I feel heavy sometimes and I don't know why. I have had a lot of tests done etc and they came back normal thank goodness, but I hope to speak with the doctor next week so I will ask. I also feel like my hair is being pulled only lasts a few minutes on and off I am also asking about the mild dizziness incase it is a bit of labrythitus or an ear infection or something. I don't know. I hope I will be okay soon as I am fed up with all of this weird sensations we have x 🤗😕❤️

If you are deficient in vitamins, then boosting your levels may lead to improvements on energy /fatigue but not guaranteed
