Hi Ruth_lderry

I sincerely hope that you are feeling well today? And a big friendly welcome to the forum! I was wondering what medications you have been prescribed? I was also wondering if your GP has given you any referrals to either Rheumatology, Physiotherapy or A Pain Management Clinic? These departments are a great start when trying to find your feet with Fibro?

I have pasted you a link below to our mother site, FibroAction, it has loads of useful Fibro information on the site:

fibroaction.org

I genuinely want to wish you all the best of luck with your Fibro, and I hope that your pain isn't too severe.

All my hopes and dreams for you
