Wisdom tooth

hi everyone I had my wisdom tooth out on Monday, and it’s really knocked me about, third day of feeling faint and sick and absolutely no energy, , I can’t even stand for long, I’ve had teeth out years ago and was fine, I’m wondering if it’s the fibro

Ive had 2 wisdom teeth out at dental hospitals since having fibromyalgia and felt really rough for about a week. It isn't a pleasant procedure and you might have lost more blood than you realise and I think anything to do with the jaw around the ear area which is where wisdom teeth are can affect you balancewise. Hopefully you will start to feel much better soon the first 3 days were the worst for me. If you are no better in a week I should have a word with your doctor. Take care.

Thankyou for your reply, I’m just so shocked at how bad I’m feeling, it was pretty difficult to get out so I’m feeling pretty bruised, I’ll see how I go this week, Thankyou xxz

I have fibro and had a wisdom tooth out a few years ago. It literally put me in bed for a week. I was faint and dizzy and couldnt stand. It also set off a chronic fatigue attack. Before I developed fibro I used to have teeth out with no problem. Hope you feel better

Don't forget, many pain killers have those effects too....

Could well be because of the Fibro, but it's most likely to be the anaestetic working it's way out of your system.
