Just wondering if anyone has found a memory foam topper that help improve comfort and decrease pain when laying down and sleeping. I don't think I can afford a mattress. Thanks, Lynn x

Memory foam for relief
got a 1inch thick memory foam topper long ago its in a duvet cover for ease of moving, it is very heavy and has mountains valleys / looks like inside an egg box on top side to give air flow, got it from a place that did 30 days trial it is many years old!
the felines have tested it over the years and gave it 4 paws and tail rating and always look happy, the memory foam mattress was not a feline success, 1 paw and only managed 3 minutes.
that memory foam mattress was not dense enough and deflated hence a return.
our topper is on a spring coil mattress
fibro wise am not sure if helped or not
hi Lynn i have a bamboo topper and feel it helps as when im away from home in a different bed i notice the difference also i use a weighted blanket x
Hi Lynn, I've tried a few mattresses over the years and didn't have much luck with any of them regards the pain. Now I lie on a thick quilt on top of the mattress which helps.
I've come to the conclusion I'll never be completely pain free at night, but it's nice to find a way to decrease it. And if the pain doesn't wake me up at night, running to the loo does!!
I hope you find a way that works for you.
Hi
I bought a topper as the mattress was a bit hard. Although I'm still sore in the morning its definitely an improvement on how I was before. I got mine from Ikea but I recommend not to get the thinnest, get the next one up. Hope it helps.
