Hope you’re all keeping cool (ish)!! Loving the sun tan but not the heat!
So I was just wondering if anyone else experiences tremors or shakes in the hand or anywhere else ? I had tremors in my hand this afternoon and couldn’t have my drink, I thought it was horrid and then thought it was funny. Xx

Hiya. Shakes is one of the symptoms I experience quite often, I sometimes feel the shakes inside (which sounds wierd but I swear I feel them) now my hands tremble a lot - when am holding the phone typing my thumb goes all over the screen until I use the other hand to hold the trembling hand. Even holding a teaspoon with liquid my hand trembles like made, what’s frustrating is that I always tell my Gp about it but they never comment on it. When I have tried to show them what happens when I type my thumb was still- it was embarrassing. Now I think I will just record it and show them 😆
I have them so bad lately. I also have ms. The heat has been a nightmare. I have heavy work to do today and I expect to be much worse after it. I can't even spray the back garden without severe tremors. Not there all the time but becoming more frequent.
My GP told me it can be the bodies stress reaction to pain, I get them when in particularly bad pain. The only thing that seems to help them stop is taking medication and trying to sleep.
Hope they have eased. Perhaps if it happens again it would be worth a chat with your doctor.
I don’t get tremors as such but do get the occasional involuntary leg ‘kick out’ when laying down, tbh, it’s probable it’s my body getting well fed up of not sleeping due to the heat and constant noise of fans running full pelt! X
Have you tried magnesium glycinate? I use that for restless legs, I also use magnesium malate for pain and better you magnesium sleep lotion or spray rubbed into my feet and calfs. I swear by it. Restless legs are awful.
