Feeling fed up

Hi everyone, I am fed with up what fibromyalgia gives.you I know that probably will not feel ever normal but does anyone feel heavy with fibromyalgia and I went to the doctor yesterday and he doesn't know why I been have dizzy I am having blood tests soon I hope one day will I feel better ☺️ 😢 and not heavy and fatigued xtoo hope are you all well today

My muscles often feel heavy and like they have weights tied to them (especially when I overdo things). I also been having dizzy spells, no apparent cause other than they only started regularly since I had covid in December 21

HiThe heavy muscles i get that most days i feel like i weigh 20stone whole body is so heavy. I will try to search for answers for fibro for the rest of my life. X

Yep. I feel you. I feel very heavy and stiff in my limbs when I’m having a flare up… and I find new aspects to fibro nearly every day.

Sometimes things feel so overwhelming, but we’re all here for each other here 💙🥰

I feel this too. I am currently still led in bed feeling too heavy to get up! I woke up at 3am and had insomnia for 3 hours.. I then cried for 2 hours and now I am ready for bed!! ( don’t think my boys will be happy they’ll be getting up soon for breakfast!!) I had a 10 day flare up, a 3 day break and now another one. I feel very overwhelmed but the comfort of knowing we’re not alone really helps me carry on each day. No judgment on here, lots of gentle hugs. Hope you feel better soon and get some answers from your doctor x🌈x

hi thank you for your kind message x I do hope the blood test does not find anything wrong or bad just don't like the dizziness and everything. I hope you feel better soon x 💐 How do you do it looking after kiddies x😊

Good morning Busymamma22,

I too was awake at 2.30am I couldn’t sleep either, I’m sorry that you were crying ,I hope you are okay ,albeit tired. Fibro. is a horrible disease, we all feel lonely and isolated at times.I don’t like too keep moaning too my partner, he is brilliant but I worry if he will get fed up, he would tell me off for saying that ,but it’s how I feel. I have also managed my children on my own, I understand it’s very hard , things will get easier , my two are 21 and 24 years old, they look after me now.

Yes can get heavy feeling often get dizzy so does my son who also has it. I get low blood pressure which apparently go with fibro sufferers

I feel dizzy and heavy often. Off balance where I reach for something and miss it 3 times in a row! Out of breath and woozy from walking across the room some days. Blood tests are always normal which should be great news, but can sometimes be hard to deal with...

Used to get heavy limbs it was normally when overdone, or when woke up too quick and not everything was awake. not had that in a while, current issues is skin over sensored.If over do, go very cold, to the point of shivering, the only way to recover temp is to go bed and try to sleep. once wake am back in normal temp range.

Dizzy that in all the fibro years only 3 times been dizzy, to the point of room spinning, was very overtired at time, so put it down to that.
