Hi and a warm welcome to the forums. You can find general information on fibromyalgia at our website fmauk.org and our patient information booklets at fmauk.org/publications
Do you have a hobby or interest that you can do, even if it's only for a short period of time (listening to an audio book if you enjoy reading for example)
Part of my personal way of managing fibromyalgia is by keeping myself busy, even if it's just doing some crochet or listening to to music.
Hi I am the same I always hurt and have multiple conditions on top of fibromyalgia and now have a problem with my back but I do aqua aerobics doing it in water helps as the water feels good if you have this in your area try it it can be a laugh and meet others
