Hello. I have been suffering with fibramyalga for 8 years now. I wonder if anyone gets tummy pain along with a feeling of nausea. I have a lot of pain in my thighs also. I don't know if this is connected to the fibramyalga as I have had post menopausal bleeding. I am seeing a gynaecologist in a week bit because there are so many symptoms to fibramyalga, I don't know if the pain is coming from that or not. I feel very breathless and absolutely exhausted which I know is a symptom. This is the second episode of tummy pain and nausea I have had in 2 years.

Tummy pain
Hi, it’s hard to decipher, either ibs, bladder, or periods, none of us are doctors. What sort of pain is it?.
Sometimes I get pain in my stomach, and because I suffer IBS, it’s very similar to a period pain, so I have to wait it out, to find out what is causing the pain, plus I have bladder cramps and pain.
It’s all so confusing.
I hope everything goes well with the Gyne.
Sometimes ibs can make you feel nauseous, but that’s something you need to discuss with your doctor.
Good luck. Xx
Thanks for your reply. I think it could be IBS and it may be due to stress ,worried about other medical problem.
Hi thereHave you thought it may be IBS. Mine flares up when I'm off to see someone medical. I worry myself into a pickle but it usually settles down. Always get it checked out though. Hope you feel better soon. Good luck with the gynecologist!
HiI often get that feeling of nausea and stomach cramps, been happening on and off for about 3 months now. Never connected it the fibro, but as time goes on and I get different symptom come up, then look into it seems to bounce back to fibro. So the nausea could be another fibro symptom.
Hi these are like my main symptoms. I get really nauseous and get bad stomach pain if I do too much especially if I'm moving around a lot. My thighs are always in pain, it feels kinda like they're cramping. I always assumed it was part of fibromyalgia but other things have made a bit of a difference for me like getting my eyes checked and getting the right prescription glasses helped a little with the nausea. I had to cut back on how much I was doing but that helped the stomach pain for me.
A lot of these things can be caused by so many different things though so it's good you're getting looked at by a doctor.
Hello, i had terrible pain and flatulence. My doctor told me it was IBS. But i wasnt convinced. So i went gluten free and not gad any problems since. This may help, i hope it does
A strict elimination diet, i.e. eliminating trigger foods (altho not gluten like in Jasmeet12 's case) helps me perfectly with a hyperacidic stomach and IBS, without needing meds or even supps any more.
