Well coffee is just about ready to go ...no breaky to early for me to eat just don't go so well on the tummy.

Last. Night was another tummy bout ohhhh the pain terrible.

Well its another day still cramping but not to bad..don't know if I ate something that didn't agree but boy this is awful.

Well its a bit. Cloudy here in EdmontonAlberta today lots of rain and thunderstorms last night .wishing you all top of the morning enjoy your day today my fibromite family and stay warm and safe.

Good afternoon from the UK. Hot and muggy here in the midlands. I missed all the storms last night. Deaf as a post. At least my collie has finally settled down after a cooling off with the hose pipe.

Well I better get the stir fry ready soon be tea time and I like to do things a bit at a time.

I am so sorry to read that you are feeling under the weather, and I genuinely hope that you feel better soon. Here in South Derbyshire in the UK it is extremely hot and sunny, and sadly, I am taking a course of Doxycycline Antibiotics and have to stay out of the sun!

I hear you, I've been having stomach issues for some time now. Had the scope down my throat and I had a fungus in my esophagus and my stomach was irritated. Well, I'm still not feeling better and eating very little only fruits and veg's and gaining weight. Even have diarrhea??? Another day in the wonderful world of Fibro. Hope you start feeling better sweetheart. Hang in there!!! xxx Mitzi
