Hi im not good at this i don't go on Facebook there is a hospital at Liverpool that has a unit just for fibromyalgia they have all the doctors and consultants in one place to help with everything its called the Walton Centre Liverpool i have been referred by pain clinic and doctors i have a very bad back and should of gone years ago but circumstances stoped me i hope this information helps 😊 the thank you all for getting back to me im just a bit c**p xx 😊

The pain management course there, is brilliant. The staff are so lovely as well. I’m from Liverpool, I did the course about a year and a half ago, it was good

I went there about 15 years ago and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. All the information you learn, use it as the years go by as it really does help. I came away feeling like a new person.

Hi Alfie, you are so lucky to have a centre like that near you. In Wales we have very little other than doctors, and one I saw about 8 months ago really screwed me up and it is only with the help of another doctor in the practice that I am finally getting some relief. One of our doctors is convinced I have hEDS as well as a fibro as both my son and granddaughter have it and it is hereditary, he wrote off to get me assessed only to be told I would have to go to London or Scotland to be tested. Great when you can only drive locally and can't sit anywhere for more than 10 mind at a time.
