I have Sjogren's, fibromyalgia and also Raynaud's. I get the dry eyes and mouth with Sjogren's so I use eye drops and a moisturising mouth spray. I see an Opthalmologist and Rheumatologist every year. I don't take any meds for my condition because I've had various side affects. Occasionally I'll take the odd painkiller but I cope by resting, pacing myself and using some mindfulness and meditation techniques. I hope this helps.

Hi, I've had fibro for many years and now have been diagnosed with Small Fibre Neuropathy which is often caused by Sjogren's, although can be caused by other things. They haven't yet decided with me! An anti-inflammatory, auto-immune type diet helped me, especially quitting gluten (although also can't tolerate gluten-free, so I just don't eat anything flour or grain based at the moment). Testing your vitamin levels and making sure you are at a good level and absorbing nutrients properly should help. I find magnesium very useful, especially before bed. The Smart Patients Sjogren's site may be helpful smartpatients.com/partners/... and Sjogren's Advocate is fabulous sjogrensadvocate.com/. Both US. Best wishes

I have both. I would add to the suggestions already posted here that good mouth care is also a must as gums are susceptible. I do gentle yoga stretching daily too, otherwise I seize up. Yoga Nidra in particular is incredibly beneficial for me. Meditation also😊
