This may sound odd... but recently I have been noticing that the bulk ( not all) has been primarily on one side of my body...Left arm pain, headaches on the left side of my head, Sore ribs on the left side, Left hip left thigh and so on...seems strange to me .. the pain hasn't intensified remains that dull soreness, ache, or burning ( hotspot) as usual, just mostly on the one side.. Any thoughts?

Pain is one sided...?
Hi i have also experienced one sided body pain when asking my gp they told me it can be like that sometimes hope ur doing ok x
Hi, my pain is mostly but not all one sided however mine is the right side. The stiffness in legs is both though unfortunately
Hi, my pain is mostly on my right side, however I do get days when its all over. My GP said it has been reported already that Fibromyalgia will predominantly stay on one side of the body.
Hello, I've had fibro for 15 years and predominantly on my left side - mine stems from my TMJ (jaw problems) all those years ago - yay My husband says he really lives with two of me - the fibromite and the menopausal one - nice!!! Take care
My pain is mostly on the right! When the GP pressed the pain points for a fibro diagnosis he said, 'You're asymmetric', so I guess he wasn't expecting that.
I had a minor flare recently where the whole of my left side hurt, there was a definite vertical line down the middle of my body, strange but fascinating too. Usually it's everywhere.
Most of my pain is on one side.. or originates here and then moves to the other side over a few days over a flare up
My pain tends to be much worse on my left hand side especially in a certain area of my back and hip so I can empathise.x
That's me! Mine was found to be myofascial pain for which I've been seeing a myofascial release therapist. That in combination with some trigger point therapy has really helped. In short, my fascia was all 'knotted up' and some of my muscles (deep front line) were tight on my left side so it was twisting and dragging my body into an 'out of balance' position. We're going really, really slowly cos of the flares I have but for me, it is working and I get more good days than bad but the bad aren't as bad as they were (if that makes sense)!
