I really have no motivation to do anything and to be honest typing this is a chore. Any tips of what I could do would help as I go on my holiday in a few weeks time and need my energy back!!

I’m only just coming out of a flare up which lasted for months, like you said the worst I’ve had, there’s not much we can do really just get plenty of rest and wait it out 👍

Morning, your holiday is just what you need switching off ,staying chilled , I managed one couple months back, was brilliant going at my own pace ,switching off to everything you would normally do on a daily basis at home, take it easy and pace leading up to the date you go, my fingers crossed for you. A different outlook for me was so positive I didn’t actually want to come home. Just sitting with a coffee watching the sea, no cooking , no housework , I differently came back much more positive x

Hi Bliss,

I understand where you are coming from, and Yes, I am feeling like you as are many others right now.

I think it is the lockdowns and the general uncertainties of Covid, all the changes of the last 18 months or so, and still unsure if we may be approaching the end of it.

It's like a Tedious task we have been doing all these months and we are sick and tired of it; I know I am!

I think that once we can get our lives back on track and not have to chop and change every couple of weeks, we should start to feel better, mentally at least!

Fatigue is always one if my issue and daily struggle. Even just going for shopping in one shop and back home is a struggle. No rest helps but pacing myself have some? relief. My back and legs are sore and struggle to support my 8 year old with homework. We can't live like this forever😣
