I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 10 years ago..
Since then I have developed
Chronic sleep apnea
Under active thyroid
Spinal stenosis
R A
And diabetes.
All which come with their own challenges, my question is….
Does anyone suffer with breathlessness sometimes I think I forget to breathe lol and end up having to take a big gasp. This is not during the night as I have a CPAP for sleeping. I can be just sitting watching to or reading and and I have to take several deep breaths not sure if this is related to any of my conditions or if I am just thick and forget to breathe.

Hi there, I too have sleep apnea(min is because I have a small palette) I do think we forget sometimes too take a few deep breaths during the day, i certainly do get out of breath more since I’ve had fibro but perhaps have a word with your doctor if you have any concerns. I hope you get on okay with your Cpap I do wake up with headaches in the morning which I differently think is related They do tend too wear off after awhile once I get going x

Your ailments! I thought I was reading most of mine.
I'm still waiting from the sleep bods to see how my tests turned out?
My Hubby dropped off the machine in Nov, They are still catching up. I figure no news is good news.
I have an appointment for a scan of my back at the end of May, If it turns out the scan is clear I know I'll be thankful but then what the heck is it? Blame it on the fibro
