Hi does anyone have any recommendations for pain relief creams? I can’t use anything with non steroidal anti-inflammatories in like ibuprofen so I need to avoid those. Thanks all

Thanks for your reply. Is there any particular brand you used?

Can you buy this over the counter Ajay.?

Hello Littlelost. My suggestion isn't a cream, but it helps me more than any cream I tried. It's called a "heat therapy patch" and I get it at Wal-Greens. It doesn't have any medication, it's just a stick-on patch that stays hot for eight hours or so. They come in different sizes. I get the large size for backs, and cut it in half for smaller areas.

I like Boiron Arnicare Cream. It contains 7% arnica which is the herb extract that helps reducing pain.

I use heat rub from Forever living. You need to find a consultant that sells it or can probably find it online too. It is amazing.

Is it called the aloe heat rub?

Hi Littlelost. Try Tigerbalm, the orange coloured one but be aware that it stains clothing. You can buy it from Boots the chemist or from Amazon. It provides a soothing heat to reduce the pain.

Hi Littlelost,I use a gel call Biofreeze. It's not as cold as it sounds, the first few times you use it, it will feel cold, but you actually get used to it and will become ammune to the coldness, but it works great for me. I buy it in a litre size pump bottle now I use it so much, but it's brilliant and it's all natural. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my spine. Works wonders. I can't use tiger balm as I'm allergic to it plus a lot of the heat creams I come out in a rash so this is great.

Am I allowed to post a link to it?

Arnica cream from boots or cbd cream from cbd shop. Cbd works well on arthritic hands.

Hey I use Flexiseq - most pharmacies sell it- it doesn’t smell of anything but is very good!
