Hi I’m Mij thank for adding me to the group

I was diagnosed with autoimmune 2014 and fibromyalgia 2019 and I was very active in running and kickboxing. I worked and also worked with my illness competing in competition fighting . January 2020

I got Covid and was poorly it enhanced my illnesses and now with fibromyalgia I have crutches a wheelchair and mobility issues . What a life changer.

It has taken 15 months to get my head around it and start to live rather than survive

Gabapentin 1800 and CBD oil drops

The drops are brilliant for a good night sleep.

Morning I take Gabapentin and it has helped allow for me to continue working full time and also have some form of life as i can function. People say it can increase weight gain but come on how many other meds out there do the same!!!! I actually think its a combination of the meds and the reduced exercise as i also liked to run, yoga and swim but now its a case of ad hoc basis. COVID certainly didn't help but my mottos is were still breathing and just need to look at the less strenuous activities you can go i.e. playing board games instead of going to the park unless you are supervising lol.Anyway take care.
