Hi lulujames . Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear that you are having a difficult time. This site is a great source of valuable advice and great support. The people on here know how you feel and many of us share the same worries and concerns that you have. Please don't feel alone, family often don't understand how we feel, as they are not really listening to our words because they maybe get used to us saying the same thing! Showing them a fibromyalgia website might be a good idea. Hope you enjoy our site and look forward to seeing you on here. Someone from admin will give you info about the site. Take care.
Have you herd of the spoon theory? If not look it up. I made my husband read it last week so he can have a slightly better understanding of what it is like to be us. I have found it a very useful tool to help people realise what we go through.
