Constant Fatigue
I don't have any solutions for you I'm afraid but I do understand I have a 3 year old and a 6 year old and it's exhausting, especially now that the 3 year old is getting so heavy. I just try and get through the day, he's going to nursery more now which is great but expensive.
Oh I remember those days!!! I am permanently tired so don't have the answers I'm afraid but I have lots of sympathy. The only things I can suggest are eating really healthy food with lots of vegetables, fish and smaller portions of carbs (carbs make me feel more sleepy) and trying to find activities that keep them occupied for as long as possible. Other than that, I just had to fight myself and say 'you can do this!!'. Do you have anyone that can help so that you can have a rest every now and then?
I have no clue how healthy parents deal with toddlers let alone with FM. My partner actually wouldn’t mind if I did fall pregnant(currently on pill) but I’m 49 with FM never had children. All I can say is well done you are doing great. I don’t think I could do it.
Thank you! Most days are a struggle my little one is 3 and she is very demanding the tiredness is unbelievable and the pain with doing to much is also terrible but being a mum things have to be done
Do you have relatives or friends close to hand? Ask if they can take them for a couple of hours while you get a kip. It's not easy having littlees when you have Fibro.
Are you a single mum, or does your partner help?
Cheers, Midori
Yeah I have my partner but he doesn’t understand fibromyalgia I don’t think he believes me when I said I’m exhausted and I’m sore he’s probably sick of me saying so 🤦🏻♀️
