Hello ๐
Hi. Welcome. Itโs a club nobody wants to join - but once you get in the waterโs fine.
Loads of experts on here who know all about medication, exercise, pacing and everything else to help you cope with fibromyalgia. Sadly Iโm not one - but Iโm good at reassurance - it will take time but you will feel better.
My advice is to see it as a learning experience - keep an open mind and give it your best shot!
Best wishes xxx

Hi welcome to the club I am not long diagnosed either. This group is great to bounce ideas off of and offer support. I have yet to find the right medication for me but I love the support here. Best of luck in your journey
What medication are you going to be taking? I have had my fibromyalgia diagnosis but having discussion on 10th May regarding the medication.I have recently had acupuncture. Which I find helpful.
You're very welcome to the forum. I've had a couple of decades experience should you wish any assistance.
Warm regards
