Hello all how is everyone I've been ill since new year started off with sore throat cough cold and headade I couldent do my exercises for nearly a week nw just left with cold and cough just trying to get rid of it hope all is well with u all matthew

hi Mathew, I very rarely get colds, so im lucky in that.

but at present My fibro monster is wearing me out and at the same time is stabbing me in the ribs whenever i breath deeply or bend down.

it seems that Fibron knicked the post i just tried to send.

I think that this describes it quite well. I keep mine caged but it often escapes when i busy and forget to pay attention to is, that is when it strikes. It can take along time to get it back under control.

Thanks for asking but i havnt tried again. I have been so worn out that i havnt been able to concentrate on anything.

Give it a couple of days and ill try again. Though goodness knows how many ill have by then,
