Glad it is helping....had you been doing 'pacing' at all before? Any tips from the course you think we might benefit from?
A little stumpdok well if u work out what u can do on a bad day and use that as a min of what u do and also what u can do on a gd day then half what u can do on a gd day and use that as the max as what u can do

Hhhmmmmm.....so on a bad day that's zero! On a good day....Hhhmmmmm. ....have to think about that! But like the idea....gives us something to work with. Thanks for sharing.
So glad that it looks like the course is giving you some vital help tips. I am glad they are giving you some breathing lessons as of course incorrect breathing affects the whole of our body as enough oxygen won't be getting to the muscles if you don.t breathe correctly and good breathing can also be very calming. Let us know how you get on with it all.x
