My gp has changed my eyes drops and I have severe dry eye from sjorgrens and I don't get on with this new product. I did try it but it is not as good as hylo forte. My gp refuses to change it. Has anyone else had this problem and how did they resolve it? Its so frustrating to take away something that helps.
Thank you in advance, sending warm wishes to you all

Did you ask the GP for his reasoning for the change and why he wants you to stick with the new one when you say it is not working?
You can apparently purchase it from Amazon but if the GP has a good reason for it their perspective it may not be wise. Also it may be worth looking in a Sjogren's forum for more specific advice.
Too expensive. It all depends where you live in the UK. My GP will not do a prescription for it (wakefield) but my hospital will (wakefield) I did write to my CCG about it and it all comes down to cost. I agree with you that evolve is rubbish and hylo-forte is great (thicker and better dispenser) but unfortunately I too have to buy my own it's about £15 at the chemist
