Yep, I also don't just look forward to it, I also relish every moment with little pain when it's there!
Especially when it's only a few moments ;-P
At the same time I'm continually optimizing my self-care so I don't overdo it at all or too much in these moments. My wife says I overdo it too often, my rehab-psychiatrist says it's OK & right to do sometimes do it. It's an art, a bit like surfing - you gotta know which wave will carry you, and not break, get on and off at the right point in time and know when it's gonna stop carrying you.

Hi, have you spoken to your GP regarding a sensitive bladder? Amitriptyline really works for me in this respect 😊
