Ive got through the initial rough 2 weeks which were pretty hardwork. I felt so much better on week 3&4 I had a bit of a buzz and my fatigue improved but this week 5 not feeling great again my neck and upper back & hips are aching and my fatigue seems to have crept back overall not feeling very good. To improve the aching (Im not in pain I have a dull ache) should I really be taking 60mg to get more overall improvement? I know its early days but Id like to get more improvement this year. Thoughts?

no / yes / maybe - its a you issue and how your body reacts and its best asking GP / pharmacy to see what to try for you.

I take 1 in morning and 1 at night .in total 60mg .My ache most days is a dull ache for me .I still get very tired .I'm same if I don't take the medication during the day .but I do sleep really good at night .its like been on a sedative. Before Deloxitine I was awake every night in pain

Hi Taylor I’m on 60mg of Duloxetine and take them both in the morning. Should I be taking them at night along with my tramadol and amitriptyline?

Hi, my GP put me on 60mg a day and even though I sometimes get the fatigue back its usually when I overdo things, I tried to lower my dose to 30mg, but all my pain came back along with stiff muscles and depression..... back onto 60mg and life is much better. My GP was happy for me to take 90mg, but that was too high for me. Talk to GP, I am sure he/she will help. X

I was the same as you when I started Duloxatine amd found that 60mg was better. It is different for everyone though

Not sure I'll be any help but I take 120 mg at night but that is for depression. I've been on it longer then I've had fibro.
