Hi Is it worth getting a weighted blanket as I am not sleeping at all and it’s driving me mad now x

My friend with fibromyalgia said the 15lb blanket made her spasm worse especially during sleep.

Love mine and wouldn't be without it. If you go down this route make sure you use a removeable cover as they are quite difficult to wash. Also if there are small children in the household keep the blanket away from them as advised in the information provided with the blanket.

Hi I wouldn't be without mine now, makes me feel so cosy. I used to have problems with stiff arms and legs in the morning, don't get that anymore. I sleep better too.

I love mine. One is a full size blanket, the other is a wrap style that goes over your shoulders. I use mine daily and even took it with me on holiday. Helps to calm down intensity of nerve pain for me, also sometimes helps restless legs. But generally I find the weight of it calming xxx

I was going to get one but instead got a heated throw,so toasty and you can wash it easily so all good,I've always found if I numb myself with the heat it works to doze off,got a timer too so I don't cook myself :))
