Internal tremors most of the time feels like I’m standing on a vibrating phone and I’ve swallowed one too. Same days worse than others but I’m aware of it all the time. Not had any throat problems myself but as fibro seems to be different for most folk it may well be one of the things fibro throws at us but I’ve managed to duck.

My tremors so far flare up now and then, but these palpatations are on another level, they make my tummy and head feel weird, maybe it's my underactive thyroid or meds thats causing this, I hope your vibrations do give you a break, the first time it happened to me I honestly thought I was having a stroke, do your vibrations stop once you have stood up and moved, xxxx

I get it occasionally in my leg, where it feels like a phone vibrating in a pocket. Apparently it's a form of nerve pain

Hello hope you are having a good day today xxxx mine is mainly in my upper body, and sometimes it attacks my whole body,I think everyone with fibromyalgia is having a difficult time due to anxiety with this covid and lockdown news, my pain this year as been more on than off, and some days I could sit and cry all the time, make no wonder we are in lots of pain, stress defiantly doesn't help xxxx

Yes! I got that vibration in my leg and foot a few nights ago, it was really strange and kept me away.

The main place I get it is behind my pubic bone. As others said, mobile phone vibration sensation, I tried explaining it to the doc, he listened with his stethoscope, patted me on the head and shooed me out of the door. Fidgeting a bit relieves it momentarily but it normally lasts for many minutes at a time. Scary when it happens.

Take care

Ann xx

It's unseen so, to the outsider, it doesn't exist, imvho

I get the shock sensation too, usually in my arms or legs

Nerve endings playing up, perhaps?

Take care xx

I'd get your thyroid checked.

My body vibrating is a sign of a flair up usually made worse by poor sleep. If you have some recent bloods for thyroid you could post them up on the thyroid group for some advice if not I would definitely request some 😊
