I'm board!! I need something to do, something to motivate me, something that will get me out of the house. I'm in pain every single day but I'm going mad cooped up.
Can anyone other me so real advice or options?
I've done so much, I'm an over qualified bum!!

Get involved with something that interests you. Can you sew, knit or crochet? Would you be able to do any voluntary work? If so your local council may have a list of places who would be looking for volunteers. Are you able to swim? Maybe join a club. Do you bake? You could perhaps sell your produce if you do. Do you like gardening?
For me it’s a greenhouse experimenting with growing things, making flowering baskets, limited weeding due to pain but the outside is a great comfort, little rides to the antiques shops /.emporuim to find bits for my cottage garden , in the winter months it baking in the kitchen, trying out new recipes for desserts, cakes. Making sure once a week I have a little walk in the nearest town for a coffee with a friend. Boredom is horrid as is the pain but I try on good days to achieve bits and pieces. Most charity shops are always asking for volunteers where you can make new friends, just a few ideas xx
Do you like singing? I find singing helps me forget the pain for a bit and makes me feel happier. Joining a choir can be a good way to meet people and I have done all sorts of different things with the one I joined. Probably not the best time to try to join a choir at the moment but some are still running online sessions - mine is.
Hey long time lurker, first time answering. Having fibro is tough, I have a small army of hobbies, some really take some pacing like making jams and wines, they're too much for a single sitting. Spreading then out over a few days is possible.
If you like reading and stories have you considered joining a dnd group. (Dungeons and dragons) there are a huge amount of online games taking place, meet people and socialise for a couple of hours over a great story etc. They take place in all sorts of settings not just your typical nerdy teens fantasies...
Some are even streamed on YouTube so you could listen in to see if it's your thing before searching.
Exploring and finding art or craft classes is also a good start, there again is a wealth of tutorials on youtube, from art, basket weaving, quilting - the list would be a mile long.
The lockdowns have been tough and thrown all sorts of routines out of the window and increased stress to high levels so often pain follows the same way.
That's about the best advice I can give. Find as many hobbies and interests as you can. Ensure you have a social element at least twice a week. It really helps kill the boredom - it doesn't have to be a meeting a time to talk on the phone or via a text message flurry also works well and ensures you dont feel lonely too.
If you would like more advice on anything miniatures or DnD feel free to pm me and I can point you in the right direction to find a group near you.
Hugs and happy thoughts
I hope you find a way to crack this phase of boredom.
