I get this. But I have bad circulation
I get this too, blood pooling in the legs, try to keep your feet up whenever you can. it gets bad for me after a warm bath or after standing still for a lengt of time
I have veinous insufficiency which means the blood pools in the bottom of my legs and is slower to work it’s way back up. Put legs up higher than your heart regularly during the day, don’t stand for too long and visit docs. You may have to wear up to knee stockings (not as bad as you imagine them to be!). Hope this helps.
