Weakness

Hi every one sorry not been on here much lately but I’ve not been well ! Anyway just wanted to ask if anyone else gets this . I get this weakness both in my arms and legs but when it starts I can feel it draining out it’s like one of those egg timers with the sand I can feel the sand draining out like it’s running down my arm or leg yet when I rest up for a while I can then feel it running back up again it’s a horrible feeling and just thought I’d ask if any one else got it I would be most great full if any one could let me know thank you all and God bless you

Morning, I have never experienced this but I know the horrid feeling of being zapped as I call it, and yes resting can does help when you can, it maybe something to mention to your surgery, I called mine yesterday they have a triage system in place due to the virus, but nurse practioner spoke to me over the phone about a problem I had , so for a piece of mind if this is troubling you perhaps ring surgery. Xx

Yes I have had fibro for 30 years. When I tried to describe this to people they looked at me as if I was mad. It a horrible feeling, just like someone has turned on the tap and drained you. Hope you feel better soon.

I used to just sit there and cry when I got that horrible feeling now I just carry on doing what I'm doing and it seems to pass quicker dont know if that will help you .

Yes that’s what I do sit and cry and it really gets me when I want to do things and either I know I can’t start or I start and have to pack in leaving the job half finished oh its so annoying and frustrating
