You sound like me!! I put my phone in the washer, the cycle had started and I heard kerplunk, kerplunk!! That was the end of that phone, ended up getting a new inemy phone phone, hubby went back round to chemist , I'd already broken my previous phone so hubby had given me his and he got another cheapish one !! He's had the phone he'd given me for 2 years and had not damaged it,,!!! My next phone, we had been to the chemist, got home, where's my phone?!? Dave went back round to chemist, saw it in the car park, thought great!! Picked it up, he said he must have reversed over it as it was smashed!! Si I've got a fairly cheap one, no point in having an expensive one!!! Sorry, I went off on a tangent!! Take care Lynne

My new phone committed suicide, by jumping out of my hand and into a cup of cocoa!

It's great to be able to do that. I have several glasses around the place. I hope my eyes don't need prescription glasses anytime soon!

Best of luck with that, I have done something similar but every so often find them all congregated together in one place. Who would have thought glasses would go off in search of company? ;-0

The worst though is when I am looking for a pair and already have another pair perched on top of my head. Fibro or old age? What's to choose between them.!

Dear Saddlesurfer,

I think you have an acute case of the Hide-it Fairies! They are around my house too!

Cheers, Midori

Thats really good thinking, maybe you should have brought fourteen pairs and one of those chains so you can wear a pair round your neck 😀

Yep, same here. I even got the round the neck thing, which improved things but it gets in the way sometimes, I take it off then put it down and hey presto, lost again. Things have progressed to my phone now, can never find it......

Same here. Just goes to prove my theory that glasses are really aliens who are sent here to mess with our heads and then go back to there planet and have a good laugh at us
