Has any one ?
Hi i thought my main symptoms was initally tennis elbow until i felt numbness pins and needles and weakness with both hands fingers and arms and it wasnt until i got diagnosed 2 weeks ago that all my other pains and symptoms where in fact apart of fibro x
I have suffered tennis elbow rotator cuff tears bursitis nerve pain in my legs (partly due to diabetes nerve pain and partly to do with fibromyalgia) shoulder pain wrist pain the symptoms are endless but like Badbessie says we should never just assume that everything is fibro should always go to GP and check
I have had numerous episodes of tennis, golfers elbows. Frozen shoulders, bursitis and tendinitis. All these have been associated with my osteoarthritis. As a general rule any symptoms should not blamed on fibromyalgia unless other causes have been ruled out.
I have terrible pain in my right elbow to the point of being unable to pick up or hold anything for too long or the pains just intensifies. Cortisone injections may help x
Hi,
I have had those too and after having a painful shoulder since August last year, I finally had an ultrasound scan on it and turns out I have some inflammation in that shoulder. I also had a pneumonia jab in December and then the pain started in the other shoulder and biceps and has now moved up to the top of the shoulder and neck. Am getting another scan, even though my diabetes nurse thinks having the injection and getting the pains there are not connected...hmm.
I also have diabetes and peripheral nerve pain which I take Gabapentin.
