Good Morning Lovelies, I think we are really special sensitive folk who FEEL everything, I had a good night, I took a Nytol and let my spaniel sleep on the bed, he started of under the bed, when he jumped up I told him to GET OFF a couple of times, so he must have sneaked up quietly in the night 'cause there he was next to me fast asleep this morning.
I woke only once with the dreaded all over pain but went straight back to sleep.
I now realise I have had F almost all my of life and I really feel for you if you have a family or a job to manage, or if friends and family are unsympathetic, it is a ghost condition in some ways......if you haven't had the experience you don't always believe.
I have taken fluoxetine on occasions when I can't stand it any longer but never until now have acknowledged I had F.
I share your frustration with this debilitating condition. It has ruined every aspect of my life. The condition is real and I ignore people and doctors who frown upon me
Mine is worse in the winter, people think I hibernate, so I go along with that. To be honest I don’t suffer as much as most people who have it, summer is much better I have an old caravan on the coast it was the best thing I did when I bought it for £250 years ago x
Just finding my way around these replies so late chatting, the caravan belonged to a family member who wanted to sell it ‘cause it’s so old was only offered scrap price, very basic, it’s my sanctuary and so pretty when I plant my pots and put the windbreakers up, being a short walk from the sea is so calming, following the long drive down and the long sleep afterwards interrupted by cramps I start to feel so much better, opens in March 🤗x
Found your reply, people who have no empathy have much to learn. I put a post on Facebook a while ago, it was a big bird with one wing stretched out and lots of little birds underneath. It said something like “if u can b anything in this world BE KIND” don’t lose heart, they don’t understand x
