Hurting helplessly

Omg I'm hurting so bad I can't take pain meds so I'm lost the bottom of my right side back hip leg everything from the right hip to my ankle hurts please any info will help

Not a good position to be in, I am told doing gradual and soft activities would help. When I stay at home too long I get stiff but feel better when I go to gym but never able to get rid of chronic pain. Sooo soooo tough

Is there alight at the end of tunnel with Fibro? I don’t think so, it is the brain that is causing the nuisance for us. We should apply for anti social behaviour order against our own brain 😏

Hi, soaking in an epsom salt bath may help. Alternatively something like biofreeze gel. Heat pads are also helpful for some. With fibro it's very much trial and error as what works for one may not work for another. Good luck in finding what works for you.
