Hi, can you look at an old post of mine re CBD OIL. Contrary to other reply, there are a lot of charlatans out there, but after a few attempts I found a good site. It’s best to begin on a starter oil until you find your sweat spot. Unwell at moment to explain properly.
Hi, I use the spray, when I initially started I had it in tablet form but forgot to take them with me if I went anywhere, I then bought the spray which Is small and easier to carry around and quicker working, however it tasted awful! It was like dark syrup. I’ve shopped around and found a really good one for me which is clear but not such a strong taste.
You do need to be careful because there’s so many jumped on the bandwagon with this! Have a good read up on what there selling you. I now have a double strength one which helps relax me, hence not so much tension in my muscles. I have had Fibro for many years and have now been diagnosed with Sjögren syndrome. The spray I have is £120, double strength.
Remember it’s natural so don’t expect relief after the first dose, when I first had it in tablet form it was at least 2 weeks before I realised I felt more relaxed, it just happened.
Good luck 😊
I was recommended cbd oil by a fellow osteoarthritis sufferer but after taking it for a month found no change. Didn't work for me. Perhaps you might be more successful. Good luck.
It was a bottle of oil to drop under the tongue from Holland and Barrett - can't remember its name but it cost about twenty pounds. A lot of money, but worth it if it works! Some are a lot more expensive .
Thanks for the info but if it doesn't get rid of the pain it is not for me. I do suffer from tiredness but that seems to come with the osteoarthritis so, having walked my dog first thing, I have to hit the sofa for at least an hour . And I never thought anything of walking ten plus miles on a regular basis! (A large brandy helps insomnia!). I am now trying glucosamine and chondroitin as well as paracetamol and ibuprofen, as I don't want the surgery my doctor has offered me. Hope the sunny days are boosting your morale.
