I trid it but it didnt help. Trouble is I didnt try it for long enough, you need a high dose and it was just so expensive!
Oh thank you CatI get such bad headaches with my body pain
Willing to try anything
Have an appointment at the Pain Clinic next
Month. Anything that works for you?
I have chronic migraines so know how you feel there. Botox helped the migraines but now they've put me on a CGRP antibody for them instead bc of the pandemic which worked very well at first but it's not been working for the last 5 weeks really so having migraines almost everyday again.
The only thing that helps my fibro pain is intense exercise, I can't take pain killers on more then 8 days a month anyway bc of my migraines but they never touched my fibro pain anyway.
Thanks again Cat is it the Fibro that causes the Migraines?
No more likely the other way round had migraines since I was 5, in my teens they started becoming chronic I'm 44 now they're still chronic.
Omg poor you that’s terribleMine just came back a year ago with body pain a year ago after a bad Anxiety trauma
9 months before from being diagnosed with
Bronchiectasis which isn’t a problem now
But I have all this instead 😩
Yes I had trauma when I was 12 sent to boarding school didn't cope very well. I think being a chronic migraineur/insomniac I had a delicate disposition that probably manifested in fibromyalgia after the trauma of being severed from my family. But then I also thinks years if migraines could have triggered fibro on it own too so I may have developed it even if I hadn't gone to boarding school....
If you do a search you will find several previous conversations on cbd
I tried it and it worked a little, but as others say it is far to expensive for the benefits. I did try the full plant and it worked very well. Pain levels went down 50%, twitching and spasms became almost unnoticeable, speech improved, cognitive functions improved. Friends were shocked by the change, the old idiot was back. Unfortunately that was a one off, now I'm a vegeburger again (no offence to vegeburgers there are some in my freezer).
Hi,I tried CBD Oil the minute I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia/CFS.
I was 40 when I started getting symptoms, the worst of it being the stiffness and the all over pain.
I started on 3% and the stiffness immediately went.
It dulled the pain so I went up to a 5% and that was brilliant.
I’m now 43 and on 10% with manageable pain. I’m still working 3 days a week and I really feel it after a day of work but generally only need a good nights rest/sleep and I’m ready for the next day
I wouldn’t be without it, whilst it is expensive the place I repeat order give loyal customers a good discount and I’m on a basic rate PIP which helps hugely.
Hope this helps. X
Hi,Sorry for delay with reply.
So 3% 5% 10% etc is the strength of cannabinol oil you’re buying.
The higher the strength the more expensive but you need less drops under your tongue to work.
So I sometimes get so fed up with taking painkillers I just take an extra dose cbd oil if my headaches persists.
If you do try it maybe buy 3-4 bottles worth and document how feel so you get a clear picture of whether it’s working for you X
Thank you so much for this but where do I buy this strength? It must be a specialist? X
