I’ve been using it for over 3 years now and it’s helping me, especially as I had to come off Pregabalin. There are many factors involved and it doesn’t work for everyone. The way it’s stored can also affect it. I’ve produced a help sheet which discusses types, methods and issues such as interaction with medication. My son got me to try some, I nearly threw up on the spot!!! Anyway I've now got the muscle rub, it seems to be helping, it smells a bit like deep heat. Hope it works for you Elay. Take care Lynne

That’s good to hear, I find rubbing in CBD balm very effective too.

I started taking CBD oil 2 weeks ago and have noticed a dramatic lowering of the pain in my back. My mood seems to be better and I've had a bit more energy. Early days but I hope to eventually come off prescribed meds. Thanks to Roseyinthegarden for the help sheet.
