What helps me more than anything is eating HEALTHY! I eat a lot of leafy vegetables both raw and cooked. I eat a little fish (salmon, tuna etc) watching the fats closely, I drink a lot of water, with the pH being between 8.0 and 9.4, I eat very little rice, pastas (except spelt pastas), breads, sugars etc, and I eat Quinoa instead of grits and oatmeal. if you search, there are many good healthy alternatives. I do breathing exercises and I walk several times a week. I include much prayer!! Try it!!!!!!! I stopped the medication because it made

me feel worse.

I do think eating what I call a more "clean" diet helps our fibro and also our all round help. I eat as much vegetables and fruit as I can but do have to be a bit careful as if I eat too much my IBS starts to play up. Many people on here seem to have found they feel much better if they cut out gluten and dairy. I also am a believer that gentle exercise also hels fibro.x
