I've suffered for around 20 years with neuralgia. For the past few months ive been getting excruciating pains in left side of chest, neck, arm. Cannot move, painful to touch, painkillers don't help. I had ovaries, womb, tubes removed a year ago, wondered if this triggered it. I'm seeing doctor tomorrow as i cannot bear it any longer. Im crying with pain. Please, what helps?. Ally

Sadly your chest pain could be due to a number of causes but any sudden onset of chest pain should be considered cardiac in nature until proven otherwise. Ring 111 for advice now.!
