Can you have a glass of wine while taking Norotryptllne.

healthunlocked.com/fibromya..., morning i always consult my doctor about what I can have, one of my tablets says no alcohol when I asked him he said the odd glass of wine , but ring your surgery for advice to be sure , ive posted a link above if you would like to lock your posts as only our community can see and not open to any other site engines on the internet, have a good weekend and if the doc says you can have a glass enjoy.

if it says on the package avoid alcohol then obey that advice, many drugs do not mix with alcohol and some alcohol will destroy the drug so that you get no effect.. It might also give you bad side effects..

No alcohol. Some kids take the drug and mix it with alcohol deliberately to get a high. Very dangerous.

If it says no alcohol on the medication box then you'd be wise not to have it but always check with your Dr as well. Take care of yourself

Nortriptyline acts partly as a muscle relaxant, so it isn't the best idea to have alcohol as it can strenthen the action. Take great care and definitely don't drive.

Only try if you are at home in a place of safety.

You shouldn't drink any alcohol with drugs but it's entirely your own choice. I take anti-histamines with wine and I shouldn't.
