You must realise that the criteria for DLA and PIP are different.

Besides it doesn't matter what medical conditions you have but how you manage daily tasks. You will have filled all that in on your initial application forms.

Did you have someone help you with the forms? Someone with you at the assessment? Someone with you at appeal?

Have your conditions affected you in managing those daily tasks? Or your mobility?

no I didn't have anyone with me or help with forms and appeal was on paper my wife has to fill in forms as I cant spell and its hard for me to explain to someone that one day I can do things and then for the next week or so I am in so much pain getting appointments when you are in that much pain is impossible

Hello CLASSICCARES and welcome to the forum. In the future you may wish to lock your posts to protect your and other members privacy, here is a link on how to, healthunlocked.com/fibromya...

If you appealed on paper based and didn't go to the tribunal then your chances of winning drop by a significant amount. Are you able to go to your local cab or another organisation in your area to help with applying again?

Dry land excercise i find dangerous if you live alone- I found classes with occupational therapy and hydrotherpay the best medicine for fibro, pills are OK once you find a good combination but fibro suffereres need to move about and not become couch potatoes it is so easy to fall into that. You have to demand things even from consultants, cut backs in our NHS mean many will be sent away very unhappy. Ask about therapy groups.

I was turned down for pip appealed and turned down then I re applied and I then was awarded it. Take someone with you who can help explain your condition and if they have to help you with anything within your day to day activities
