healthunlocked.com/fibromya..., morning if your able to work try pacing yourself as much as you can In between , over doing things can cause what we call a flare, yes the pain does stop us from doing as much as we used too but we seem to find ways to adapt in coping and lessen tasks, for me walking too far can cause me to seize up and be painful, for some you may read fibro stays the same, others it gets worse, and then some say they have found ways ie meds /herbal /yoga /diet that has improved things. You will certainly read lots of interesting posts, helpful tips, and members sharing advice, I have been on the forum over 2 years and find it a great place to chat and read information. See a McTimony chiropractor. You can get micro cramps. Micro cramps are muscle fibres which have over contracted. The muscle fibres need to be lengthened out again manually.

Muscles have nerves to contract, but no nerves to tell them to uncontract. The uncontraction of a muscle relies on other muscles and the springiness of ligament, fascia and tendon. If a muscle is over contracted by faulty brain instruction it can remain in that state until someone manually uncontracts it by stretching actions.
