i Have raynauds and I have small ulcer but my gp are doin nothing the thing is I’m going on holiday on 21 August I have maid complain to nhs about how I am been treated.as any one been abroad with finger ulcer I’m just scared of how the heat is gonna affect my finger

If you can’t see another gp maybe try one of those online doctors. Sometimes you pay like $10/$20 they might give insight

Pop in and see a pharmacist - they will be able to advise what to do.

That’s really good advice to see a pharmacist. Be sure to tell him where you are going on holiday in case there are any added health risks.

Sorry, no experience of ulcers at all.

Check your travel insurance just in case you need assistance on holiday. Hope your finger heals quickly and have a great holiday.

See a pharmacist. If the ulcer is small they may know what to suggest. I scalded my finger about six months ago. I could not see the nurse or doctor for treatment advice (surgery fully booked). The GP surgery told me to see the local pharmacist. This was effective.

I have had this sort of stuff before and was admitted on few accausions but now had second ulcer they won’t treat me

I was with a consultant with my raynauds and my fibromyalgia but she left and a new one as come my go emailed them before but refused to treat me had to sort it my self

Just catching up with your post and replies, how did you get on at the pharmacist ?, yes agreed a good holiday insurance in place is a must, never been to Turkey the beaches look wonderful.x

I went they looked at it said it’s needs to be seen by doctor they can’t really give me owt just said to keep it warm and put bandage on.its lovely in turkey just scared of the heat with my finger

I go on the 21 August so hoping I can get it sorted before I go
