This heat is killing me

How many of you long suffering people are suffering from this heat. It is bad enough trying to carry on as usual, cooking, cleaning etc. But this heat is killing me, feel so tired

We've not had it as warm up in Scotland, so I've not had too many issues. I do better in the heat... But only as long as it does not get too warm then I just want to sleep xxx

The heat doesn't agree with me at all but I do try to keep smiling 😊 though it's hard sometimes. Take care Lynne

Definitely more tired and calves ache like mad. I think that’s a combination of heat and humidity.

Mine too, all up from ankle to top of leg. Driving me mad. Wish they would find a cure for this illness.

Could be due to the heat and especially humidity. When we were based in Cyprus my legs ached constantly through the summer — and I was much younger and fitter then ! Everyone complained of the same.

Make sure you’re drinking loads of water and although it’s painful, keep moving when you can. A magnesium supplement or magnesium spray on your legs will help.
