Hi who’s suffering in this heat? I have a terrible headache, feel very sick but I’m shivering - strange. Had terrible earache the last 2 days too, I have Menieres too so this is fairly common for me. I hope everyone is managing to stay cool. Xx

Apart from a visit to the hospital to see my mum, been inside with an air cooler and fans everywhere. Hate this weather but I must mention the nurses and hospital staff who are marvellous and put up with stifling heat and no air con. Thanks to you all.x
