Doc says that I don't need cyanocobalamin because my number / measure is up in the 500s so l can absorb B12. He said I should eat foods that are high in this vitamin........ Every food listed, I eat every week. I haven't had cyanocobalamin for one week now and I feel like I've taken twenty steps backwards. Can someone help me please?

When you are supplementing B12 your blood results will skewed or falsely inflated. Anyway your GP should know that only 20% of your result is available to be transported to your cells - where it is needed. Are you also taking a B Complex to keep all the B's in balance - including B9/Folic Acid
You cannot overdose on B12 as it is water soluble ...
I'm only taking vitD. I just get confused and forgetful..... This really is a big learning curve.... Not dealing very well with all pain and other symptoms, it's affecting my working. I will go back to docs and hopefully he will give me pills back or injection. Cheers for responding 👍
Just buy it yourself if you can afford it. The one the dr prescribed me is only a few pound to buy. You can buy better b12 supplements online. I got mine on Amazon. The drs left me until mine was below 280 before giving me any medication. I was so unwell and they werent bothered.
