OK, so I've got brain fog but I didn't think I was completely brain dead. When I write a post I know how to lock it, but I can't see where to lock it in a response.
Help Please?

No you don't need to lock in response. Once you lock it to start with all responses are locked and can only be seen by members of this group. most members do prefer to respond to locked posts. xx
Have you been to your GP ? Breathlessness can be heart or lung related so best get checked out.
Hi. I suffer a great deal of shortbess of breath. However, I have asthma, bronchiectasis and many chemical allergies.
It is possible that when your pain levels are too high you can feel somewhat short of breath due to the impact it’s having on your body. If it’s following a particular pattern (the breathing issue), try to make a note of when it hits and what you are/were doing at the time. It will help to build up a picture of when it strikes to take to your gp who can work out if it is part of the pain problems or if it is something else.
If you find your breathing becoming particularly difficult always ring the emergency services. I am assuming you aren’t diagnosed with any lung related conditions?

Hi don't know if this helps but I get very breathless on exertion, climbing stairs, going around supermarket, I do have environmental asthma but under control, I was concerned however I mentioned it to physiotherapist & was told that oxygen is being sent to my muscles to cope with exertion leaving me breathless. This may not relate to you but my muscles have become quite weak due to FB & OA I haven't been excersising & so if I build up my muscle strength the breathlessness should reduce as oxygen won't be redirected!
Hi yes similar to what ive found as had a few days just sleeping/nodding around etc then when had to go somewhere found my breathing was fine well for a while!
One thing i read on a USA site was the body isn't breathing out so the muscles are not clearing the used oxygen so become fatigued which actually makes sense
