Hi everyone I'm new to this site.
I have fibromyalgia and it's a complete nightmare. I'm glad I've come across this site as I'm not great at researching for support with this illness. I just thought I'd like to introduce myself.

Hi coffee1, I’m new too. Just 2 days now!
It’s actually a really good site. I haven’t had any trolls tellin me anything negative yet😳.
I’ve had FM for 10 yrs +, it’s a royal pain in the butt, but with knowledge and sharing it can be managed too.
What works for others may not work for you but hey, knowledge is power.
That's good to hear we have no Trolls here that also go's for bullies or cliques all we ask is everyone keeps within the guidelines. xx

Hi Coffee 1, welcome to the site which is brilliant. No matter what you want to ask someone is always there for you. Even funny stories help us sometimes and there a few on here that love telling them and I love reading them. I was originally on another site and when you have fibro even the smallest thing can seem huge to us anyway I posted on this other site a question about something and someone basically came back and mocked me. I found it very upsetting so left and found this wonderful friendly group who really care. Take care xxxx
Hi and welcome chat anytime 😀
hi Coffee1, welcome to the site. I have found everyone to be helpful and friendly. I read yesterday on another site that some research seems to show that drinking coffee helps the brain and the muscles in people with Fibromyalgia. I am a tea drinker myself but I had a cup of coffee yesterday and my son commented on how much more alert I seemed and I felt more energy in my body. I have no idea if this is true but maybe worth looking into, I would try anything that might help.
Welcome, Trust you are well! under the circumstances. Bless you 😇
You all are very kind thank you my fibro family xxx
