Hi i get terrible cramp like pains in my hands and feet, just wondered if it the onset of fibro myalgia are these symptons

It could be fibro and it could be something entirely different. We all experience different symptoms, and usually with fibro you will have all over pain, although not always.

Speak to your GP and see what they say.
